With an extended leg and a bit of luck 郭德常 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, TaTeRo Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Noah Le Bret Maboulou came free, but Michel Neuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noah Le Bret Maboulou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michel Neuer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 郭德常 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Er Håland, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 39th minute Guido Delfino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Neuer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Neuer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Delfino in the 45th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, 郭德常 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Er Håland in the 46th minute of play forced Gutenberg's goalkeeper 郭德常 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rony Dudu made a kick off. Noah Le Bret Maboulou might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michel Neuer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Noah Le Bret Maboulou ran back to his position shaking his head. Michel Neuer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noah Le Bret Maboulou in the 51st minute. Rony Dudu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 郭德常 having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when 林然诚 got free with Michel Neuer in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, Gutenberg's goal looked a bit too open when Masao Tachibana came free, but 郭德常 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, TaTeRo Boys's goalkeeper Michel Neuer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Santos. Rodrigo Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Neuer having to interfere. Michel Neuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 林然诚 in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Gutenberg booed when TaTeRo Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marinho Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind TaTeRo Boys's goalkeeper Michel Neuer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, TaTeRo Boys's Olívio Andrade got a free kick in the 95th minute.

The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. Gutenberg's Nelson Cuevas started the play with his kick off. In the 99th match minute, Gutenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Cuevas to maneuver through the defense. Michel Neuer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 106th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gutenberg eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
