The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Baki Baki's Octaaf De Ridder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Cilio in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Moises Cilio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Moises Cilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Octaaf De Ridder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Cilio in the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Moises Cilio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octaaf De Ridder. FC Baki Baki's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Cilio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, FC Baki Baki's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Cilio came free, but Octaaf De Ridder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Moises Cilio made a precise shot to the right of Octaaf De Ridder. FC Baki Baki's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Moises Cilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Octaaf De Ridder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Cilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Cilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Octaaf De Ridder having to make a save. After 26 minutes of play, Lunatico F.C's Rosendo Sanson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octaaf De Ridder was left in no man's land by his defense there! Octaaf De Ridder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Cilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Moises Cilio took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Octaaf De Ridder. Octaaf De Ridder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 34th minute, Moises Cilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octaaf De Ridder was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After 43 minutes, Waut Van Elsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Baki Baki and the Lunatico F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Baki Baki getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Waut Van Elsen hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the game, Lunatico F.C's Moises Cilio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octaaf De Ridder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6.

The wind increased when Waut Van Elsen made the kick off in the second half. Frits Nilis tried in the game's 51st match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Octaaf De Ridder. An annoying self made goal, 0-7. Octaaf De Ridder was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Moises Cilio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Moises Cilio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. After 58 minutes, Moises Cilio made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. FC Baki Baki's Octaaf De Ridder tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the game, Moises Cilio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Octaaf De Ridder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 65th minute, Mathis Caspers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Lunatico F.C's Moises Cilio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octaaf De Ridder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Lunatico F.C's Joël Devidal was substituted for Rosendo Sanson. In the 76th minute, Lunatico F.C's Jouke Krol dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12. 85 minutes into the match, Jouke Krol dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Octaaf De Ridder, 0-14. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jouke Krol got free with Octaaf De Ridder in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the match, Jouke Krol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octaaf De Ridder. FC Baki Baki's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jouke Krol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-16. After 96 minutes of play, Lunatico F.C's Jouke Krol made it 0-17 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octaaf De Ridder was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lunatico F.C played a much better game than FC Baki Baki and deserved their victory. The FC Baki Baki players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
