Gavino Luar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 6th minute Gavino Luar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhuang Xing Tian made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Edwin Grabert sent off a good shot on target. Gavino Luar might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt-Arne Askstedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavino Luar ran back to his position shaking his head. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Luar in the 9th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Edwin Grabert took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Zhuang Xing Tian to make any attempt to save it. 24 minutes into the game, Arthur Schopenhauer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Loco Team FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Savage Hippo the free kick. A collision led to Loco Team FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Arthur Schopenhauer hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Eddie Bjurström sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Loco Team FC's Zhuang Xing Tian didn't even have to move. Aleksander Walec made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Loco Team FC's Herbert Kalinowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilmantas Magdišauskas in the 42nd minute of play forced Loco Team FC's goalkeeper Zhuang Xing Tian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game Vilmantas Magdišauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loco Team FC's Zhuang Xing Tian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Savage Hippo were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Loco Team FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eddie Bjurström took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Vakaris Daujotas managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.

The wind increased when Vilmantas Magdišauskas made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Luar in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bengt-Arne Askstedt saved Savage Hippo from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Loco Team FC's Eric Vandenberge got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 60 minutes into the match, Loco Team FC's Gavino Luar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt-Arne Askstedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Loco Team FC booed when Savage Hippo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Owen Tomaszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt-Arne Askstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Luar in the 75th minute of the match. Arthur Schopenhauer hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. A collision led to Savage Hippo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Aleksander Walec hit a great ball. Vilmantas Magdišauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Zhuang Xing Tian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Loco Team FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Arthur Schopenhauer hit a great ball. Savage Hippo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
