Márk Kántor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Yeovil's Codruț Domuță sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Gysens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Codruț Domuță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Gysens having to interfere. Codruț Domuță did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised David Gysens 10 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Codruț Domuță in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Gysens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Joris Team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Márk Kántor was slow to take the kick. During this time Yeovil's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Yeovil's Miklós Szakács to fire away a dangerous shot which David Gysens despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Codruț Domuță recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Gysens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Domuță in the 34th minute of the match. If Codruț Domuță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Gysens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codruț Domuță in the 38th minute of play. If Codruț Domuță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Joris Team's goal looked a bit too open when Codruț Domuță came free, but David Gysens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Yeovil's Codruț Domuță in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joris Team's goalie prevented a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Codruț Domuță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Gysens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márk Kántor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joris Team's David Gysens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márk Kántor in the 55th minute of play. David Gysens didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Yeovil's Codruț Domuță shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 68th match minute, Yeovil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márk Kántor to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Yeovil booed when Joris Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel van Hagenborgh didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Gysens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codruț Domuță in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Yeovil's Márk Kántor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Gysens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 78 minutes, Attila Veres made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Joris Team's David Gysens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Attila Veres struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. David Gysens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeovil. After 83 minutes of play, Yeovil's Attila Veres made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Gysens was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute, Emmanuel van Hagenborgh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yeovil's Péter Török was substituted for József Pucheli. David Gysens came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Yeovil's Attila Veres. But to his dismay, Attila Veres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Attila Veres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Gysens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joris Team's goalkeeper David Gysens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Yeovil had played much better football throughout.
