Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Klaas Dejonghe having to make a save. 6 minutes into the match, Wariatów Kupa's goal looked a bit too open when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis came free, but Klaas Dejonghe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusebiu Cimpoi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Klaas Dejonghe. Wariatów Kupa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikolaj Sochacki in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CERRO PORTEÑO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Klaas Dejonghe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. If Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldinho Lewandowski was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Wariatów Kupa getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Xu Ming Ning hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, CERRO PORTEÑO's Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After a rather tough play, Wariatów Kupa's Xu Ming Ning got a free kick in the 64th minute. With a little luck, Wariatów Kupa's Klaas Dejonghe got control of the ball when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Wariatów Kupa booed when CERRO PORTEÑO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Gerbault didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Kempski in the 76th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Ke Xun Yang in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CERRO PORTEÑO's Simon Gerbault. 82 minutes into the match, Wariatów Kupa's goalkeeper Klaas Dejonghe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis. With his leg Klaas Dejonghe managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when CERRO PORTEÑO's Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mikolaj Sochacki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cãlin Damaschin having to interfere. The Wariatów Kupa manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing CERRO PORTEÑO to win.
