The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, OLIVER ATHLETIC's Zelimir Girardelli got control of the ball when Diogo Martins tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zelimir Girardelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zachariasz Golec hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Stelian Vătavu scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iwo Domarecki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wojciech Skaradowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zelimir Girardelli having to interfere. Zachariasz Golec hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Zelimir Girardelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Martins in the 38th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Stelian Vătavu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OLIVER ATHLETIC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Iwo Domarecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Jaroszewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spartan FC Mogilany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vlad Şuţu was slow to take the kick. During this time OLIVER ATHLETIC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led OLIVER ATHLETIC's Vlad Şuţu to fire away a dangerous shot which Iwo Domarecki despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Ranieri in the 51st minute of play. Iwo Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Vătavu in the 54th minute of play. Peng Yuan Xi kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute Liam Hähner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zelimir Girardelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zelimir Girardelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Martins in the 60th minute of play. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Spartan FC Mogilany! Franco Ranieri walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Diogo Martins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zelimir Girardelli having to make a save. Zelimir Girardelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Martins in the 69th minute of play. Iwo Domarecki came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by OLIVER ATHLETIC's Stelian Vătavu. But to his dismay, Stelian Vătavu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. OLIVER ATHLETIC's Alexandru Bârlea was substituted for Vlad Şuţu. Spartan FC Mogilany made a substitution. Konstanty Smolarek replaced Liam Hähner. OLIVER ATHLETIC made a substitution. Horaţiu Stroie replaced Tiberiu Unchiaşu. Iwo Domarecki was a little too slow when Stelian Vătavu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 1-4. OLIVER ATHLETIC's Ioan Liciu was substituted for Franco Ranieri. With his leg Iwo Domarecki managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when OLIVER ATHLETIC's Daniel Jaroszewicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 99 minutes into the match, Spartan FC Mogilany's goal looked a bit too open when Stelian Vătavu came free, but Iwo Domarecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
