But to his dismay, Edoardo Rinaldi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hickey Dunne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Rinaldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Valdieri's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Donato Conrao scored to the left of an out of position Eugenio Stefano, making the score, 2-1. Dennis Berardo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Valdieri's Eugenio Stefano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Valdieri from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edoardo Rinaldi in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hickey Dunne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lilo Berberi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Stefano having to interfere. Tião Donatos short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Eugenio Stefano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Prishtina FC's Daniel van Zwieten got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lilo Berberi in the 41st minute of play forced Valdieri's goalkeeper Eugenio Stefano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Tião Donato ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Stefano was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Valdieri's Eugenio Stefano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Conrao in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Prishtina FC fully deserved thier win.
