Clas Nørstrup started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Söderhall's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Merexildo came free, but Svante Stenqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Söderhall's Svante Stenqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Fredriksson in the 10th minute of play. Svante Stenqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16 played minutes Söderhall got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Nyman. Svante Stenqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Fredriksson in the 17th minute of play. Toni Schumacher was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Clas Nørstrup capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Clas Nørstrup really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 30th minute Clas Nørstrup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Schumacher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Ulf Nyman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After taking down the ball on FC Bullen's corner Richard Fredriksson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Svante Stenqvist quite easily take care of the ball. Svante Stenqvist was a little too slow when Amador Merexildo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-1. Edvard Sandström kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The FC Bullen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
