In the 7th match minute, SJÖARED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidar Lang to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Mutumba, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Helge Gustafsson. When SJÖARED's Helge Gustafsson, in the 15th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for SJÖARED. 17 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Lang came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Vilhelm Lidman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vidar Lang. If Alessandro Micucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Springfält made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanuel Dennis in the 31st minute of play. Marcus Ekrot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vidar Lang's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After 34 minutes, Vidar Lang made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot got control of the ball when Vilhelm Lidman tried to sneak it across the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Vidar Lang dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcus Ekrot, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Lidman in the 52nd minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Mutumba in the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SJÖARED's Gunnar Hellström got a free kick in the 56th minute. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Christoffer Johansson replaced Elliott Bogren. SJÖARED made a substitution. Urban Rudberg replaced Vidar Lang. The supporters of Vykans Vikingar booed when SJÖARED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. The Vykans Vikingar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Ekrot should have stopped the shot. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urban Rudberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernan Berart struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Adrian Springfält didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vykans Vikingar. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Christoffer Johansson hit a great ball. Emanuel Ståhlberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcus Ekrot. Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adrian Springfält made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Micucci in the 88th minute. Gunnar Hellström hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94thth minute of the game Urban Rudberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 96 minutes Vykans Vikingar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emanuel Ståhlberg who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on SJÖARED's corner Emanuel Ståhlberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcus Ekrot quite easily take care of the ball. SJÖARED's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
