In the 10th minute of the match Rönnöfors FF got a corner. SJÖARED's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per Stenberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Lang came free, but Magne Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Vidar Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Häll in the 23rd minute of play forced SJÖARED's goalkeeper Adrian Springfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SJÖARED getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Vidar Lang hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Fagerberg came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magne Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidar Lang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henry Fagerberg struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Adrian Springfält didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rönnöfors FF. When Morgan Björkdahl came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Rönnöfors FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Morgan Björkdahl couldn't finish the play. Vidar Lang's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Magne Gunnarsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 40 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Lang came free, but Magne Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Springfält didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Häll went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Rönnöfors FF were awarded a corner in the 51th minute after SJÖARED's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per Stenberg took the corner. 59 minutes into the game, Per Tunström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrian Springfält. Per Tunström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Adrian Springfält made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Per Stenberg sent off a good shot on target. Rönnöfors FF were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after SJÖARED's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per Stenberg took the corner. Per Stenberg made a great header on Rönnöfors FF's corner, it was just that SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält managed to reach the ball for a save. Magne Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Rudberg in the 67th minute of play. Adrian Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Fagerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SJÖARED made a substitution. Isak Qvarnström replaced Vilhelm Lidman. After 73 played minutes SJÖARED got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Oskar Lundberg. If Urban Rudberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magne Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Qvarnström in the 88th minute of the match. In the 95th minute SJÖARED were awarded a corner. Emanuel Ståhlberg went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Urban Rudberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson did a great save. When SJÖARED's Urban Rudberg in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rönnöfors FF's goalie prevented a goal. The SJÖARED supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rönnöfors FF's performance. The match ended with a win for Rönnöfors FF.
