Nytäppet Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niklas Lundqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Holmgren in the 23rd minute of play forced Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Sture Abrahamsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomir Gerlach took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Basso. The audience was convinced that Herman Lindell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sture Abrahamsson was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. The Shadows's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
