The Shadows's Marcos Basso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morgan Björkdahl in the 16th minute of play. Rönnöfors FF's Morgan Björkdahl managed to work through The Shadows's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Morgan Björkdahl dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Per Tunström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Basso having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Edwin Ahlstedt threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Shadows's Bo á Bø quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a little luck, The Shadows's Marcos Basso got control of the ball when Morgan Björkdahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Magne Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The Shadows's Marcos Basso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Tunström in the 27th minute of play. Sten Hökqvist hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Herbert Holmgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Magne Gunnarsson made a huge save. 55 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Lundqvist came free, but Magne Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, The Shadows's Niklas Lundqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Magne Gunnarsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Magne Gunnarsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bo á Bø showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 70 minute of play. The supporters of Rönnöfors FF booed when The Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ni Zhen Ying didn't get a good kick on the ball.
