The audience thought a goal was coming when Didier Drogba got free with Hickey Dunne in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Prizren04 C.F's Joan Pepa got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Didier Drogba to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Didier Drogba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Prizren04 C.F fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After some careless play in the Prishtina FC defense, Didier Drogba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hickey Dunne. The Prishtina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hickey Dunne should have stopped the shot. Prizren04 C.F's Vullnet Boba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Donato in the 59th minute of play. When Joan Pepa fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Prizren04 C.F's protests and gave Joan Pepa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, Prizren04 C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joan Pepa to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Lajos Salamon in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Prizren04 C.F's Edmund Cetnar. 66 minutes into the match, Didier Drogba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hickey Dunne. Hickey Dunne dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. A collision led to Prishtina FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Lajos Salamon hit a great ball. Hickey Dunne didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joan Pepa went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. In a very dangerous position, a player in Prishtina FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Prizren04 C.F a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luan Boba, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Prishtina FC's Hickey Dunne. 7-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Prizren04 C.F had won after a very even match.
