In the 8thth minute of the game Paradorn Boonjit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D. BOTAFOGO's Wilfredo Leocadio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Camilo Inko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul having to interfere. Wilfredo Leocadio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pattapon Mongkolroi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilfredo Leocadio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pattapon Mongkolroi's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Paradorn Boonjit took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Leocadio. Wilfredo Leocadio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 26 minutes into the match, Sivakan Moungchinda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilfredo Leocadio. A.D. BOTAFOGO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sivakan Moungchinda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. With 32 minutes on the clock, Aldo Lon commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of A.D. BOTAFOGO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ban Noen Thua:s goal. Wilfredo Leocadio had in the 34thth minute some difficulties stopping Kriangkrai Kunmaturos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When Rogelio Salvidor came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the A.D. BOTAFOGO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogelio Salvidor couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Antonio Hunfredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfredo Leocadio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pattapon Mongkolroi in the 38th minute of the match. Norberto Urtsin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Norberto Urtsin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Urtsin's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paradorn Boonjit to make the kick off. Wilfredo Leocadio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paradorn Boonjit, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Hunfredo in the 60th minute of play forced Ban Noen Thua's goalkeeper Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Urtsin took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul. Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Rogelio Salvidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rogelio Salvidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul having to interfere. Wilfredo Leocadio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pattapon Mongkolroi in the 73rd minute. A.D. BOTAFOGO's Norberto Urtsin got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fernan Idacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Hunfredo's late challenge caught a Ban Noen Thua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Hunfredo helped the player get up and apologised. Antonio Hunfredo kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Pattapon Mongkolroi struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Wilfredo Leocadio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ban Noen Thua. Antonio Hunfredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogelio Salvidor went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. 91 minutes into the game, Thepchai Bunlued was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ban Noen Thua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.D. BOTAFOGO the free kick. A collision led to Ban Noen Thua getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Thepchai Bunlued hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Noen Thua's zone, Antonio Hunfredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boonchoo Rusameeleelakul came out of the goal and Antonio Hunfredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A.D. BOTAFOGO were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ban Noen Thua to leave the ground with a draw.
