When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gerhard Bongartz sped through Devilteam's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Corrado Imperatore. Lasse Noce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo De Gregorio in the 24th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marko Wolfram stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. During the 70th minute of the match Claudio Corelli completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Claudio Corelli a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 71 played minutes Devilteam got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Corelli. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Alvaro Moscatelli put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lasse Noce. When Bernardo De Gregorio came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Devilteam fans jumped to their feet. Lasse Noce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Moscatelli in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Jo i mochs's zone, Enzo Papa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lasse Noce came out of the goal and Enzo Papa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Alvaro Moscatelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Devilteam's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Moscatelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lasse Noce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stefan Seiffert hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Despite being the better team, Devilteam failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
