Lorenzo Kellogg might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedicto Iaki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lorenzo Kellogg ran back to his position shaking his head. Lorenzo Kellogg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, BULFUT GALAXY CF's Benedicto Iaki got control of the ball when Lorenzo Kellogg tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Raymond Devos fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Forest's protests and gave Raymond Devos a yellow card for diving instead. Raymond Devos hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Javier Atarrabi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzalo Padro in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeferson Toledo saved Forest from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Seme in the 44th minute of play forced Forest's goalkeeper Jeferson Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th play minute Lorenzo Kellogg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benedicto Iaki. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lorenzo Kellogg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jeferson Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Atarrabi in the 54th minute of the match. Lorenzo Kellogg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Lorenzo Kellogg came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Forest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Kellogg couldn't finish the play. Lorenzo Kellogg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Kellogg in the 63rd minute of play forced BULFUT GALAXY CF's goalkeeper Benedicto Iaki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, BULFUT GALAXY CF's Anacleto Egoitz got a free kick in the 66th minute. Forest made a substitution. Willian Secco replaced Jonathan Moreno. After 67 played minutes BULFUT GALAXY CF got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Egoitz. 71 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Mikeldi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BULFUT GALAXY CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forest the free kick. In the 71st minute, Tiburcio Mikeldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Forest's Jeferson Toledo got control of the ball when Javier Atarrabi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benedicto Iaki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dündar Aymaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Kellogg scored 4-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedicto Iaki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

BULFUT GALAXY CF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
