Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alif Rangkuti got the match started through his kick off. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chris Anggadiredja in the 11th minute. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Chris Anggadiredja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rendy Kosasih having to interfere. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by SuperHantamKuatKuat's Ken Thu. But to his dismay, Ken Thu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Anggadiredja in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Kunto Makbul sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Tommy Kahn threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Kunto Makbul this time. In the 34th match minute, SuperHantamKuatKuat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramang Nyakmad to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, SuperHantamKuatKuat's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Rendy Kosasih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Ken Thu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chris Anggadiredja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Ken Thu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Ken Thu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rendy Kosasih made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in SuperHantamKuatKuat's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rendy Kosasih came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rendy Kosasih. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Thu in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sapardi Djokodamono in the 73rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alif Rangkuti in the 78th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Willy Stieler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Ken Thu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ken Thu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 90 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rendy Kosasih narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Rendy Kosasih in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
