In the 16th minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Safet Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Safet Hands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Safet Hands narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 58th minute Adriano Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Safet Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano Ribeiro in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Vittori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Italy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cliff Rowden was slow to take the kick. During this time The Obscurials's players had a chance to rest. Kevin Lyle made a great header on The Obscurials's corner, it was just that Italy's Flavio Vittori managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, The Obscurials's Anton Kjellkvist got a free kick in the 68th minute. The Obscurials succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Italy had controlled the match.
