Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Petruț Mircescu started the match with the kick off. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 minutes of play, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Petruț Mircescu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 22nd match minute, Pinner Cluj-Napoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Nurettin to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Matt De Ligt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jalmari Mikkonen was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Zaccheo Andolina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zaccheo Andolina really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Zaccheo Andolina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jalmari Mikkonen having to interfere. In the 46th minute Romeo Vlas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Vlas came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Jalmari Mikkonen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Porziano Marchitelli in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 64th minute of play forced Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Jalmari Mikkonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adan Umea during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pinner Cluj-Napoca eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
