Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Zac O'Donnell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Bachmeier having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zac O'Donnell in the 10th minute of play forced Houtendoel's goalkeeper Sören Bachmeier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Houtendoel's Per-Erik Ekeroth in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scotland's goalie prevented a goal. Zac O'Donnell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Bachmeier having to interfere. Sören Bachmeier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fletcher Main, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Kryspin Weyna fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alexander Higgins, passed just outside the right post. After 24 minutes, Kryspin Weyna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Houtendoel and the Scotland players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kryspin Weyna kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Alexander Higgins was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Per-Erik Ekeroth capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Per-Erik Ekeroth really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Kryspin Weyna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kryspin Weyna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Houtendoel's Sören Bachmeier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fletcher Main in the 39th minute of play. Alexander Higgins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kryspin Weyna went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zac O'Donnell to make the kick off. Alexander Higgins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Erik Ekeroth in the 52nd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the game, Houtendoel's Ernst Wesseling nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Higgins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Per-Erik Ekeroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Wesseling came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zac O'Donnell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fletcher Main recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland's zone, Ernst Wesseling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal and Ernst Wesseling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kryspin Weyna took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. When Jack MacKinnon fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scotland's protests and gave Jack MacKinnon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Jack MacKinnon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Houtendoel's Martin Savenije in action when he in the 86th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Weyna in the 87th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Kryspin Weyna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kryspin Weyna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Per-Erik Ekeroth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Weyna, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Richard Grommers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The attack was good, but when Per-Erik Ekeroth in the 98th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Houtendoel's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
