Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Clay Heath kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Gregory Krause hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute Clay Heath shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clay Heath in the 7th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Leeton United FC's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Clay Heath, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brookes Crane got free with Arnout Reekers in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Erlend Sørby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erlend Sørby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Brookes Crane reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arnout Reekers. The goal made the score 1-1. Erlend Sørby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Eikelkamp in the 34th minute of play forced Leeton United FC's goalkeeper Erlend Sørby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Leeton United FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egbert Nijveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Wim Wilmes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erlend Sørby. Wim Wilmes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Erlend Sørby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wu Si Xiao in the 76th minute of play. Leeton United FC made a substitution. Carver Tencer replaced Ant Oğuzkan. Leeton United FC made a substitution. Ernest Pukallus replaced Clay Heath. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Netherlands's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gregory Krause was slow to take the kick. During this time Leeton United FC's players had a chance to rest. Leeton United FC's Ernest Pukallus was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnout Reekers in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wu Si Xiao kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gust Ennemans got a free kick in the 91st minute. Ralph Chamberlain hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 94th minute, but Erlend Sørby got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Leeton United FC hanging dry this time. Netherlands were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
