Ernest Pandele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Hamzah Taqi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sofiane Faivre kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. With a little luck, Trambas's Angelo Melito got control of the ball when Rashed Al Shemali tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hamzah Taqi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheikh Souvignet, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Hamzah Taqi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheikh Souvignet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sofiane Faivre came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Trambas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sofiane Faivre couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute Habib Al Youha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Melito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Habib Al Youha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jackson Beaucourt hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Junior Arrive scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hamzah Taqi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eshaq Al Sarraf's late challenge caught a Trambas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eshaq Al Sarraf helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Trambas booed when Kuwait was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eshaq Al Sarraf didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Cheikh Souvignet came free, but Hamzah Taqi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamzah Taqi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sofiane Faivre in the 43rd minute of play. Hamzah Taqi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Pandele in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Kuwait was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eshaq Al Sarraf to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Arrive came free, but Hamzah Taqi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Habib Al Youha made the kick off in the second half. Junior Arrive could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Hamzah Taqi made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Trambas's Hamzah Taqi threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernest Pandele, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Trambas were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Kuwait's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Charly Margot took the corner. After taking down the ball on Trambas's corner Jackson Beaucourt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hamzah Taqi quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Kuwait's Eshaq Al Sarraf got a free kick in the 64th minute. Kuwait's Hamzah Taqi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aziz Bretin in the 67th minute of play. Hamzah Taqi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Pandele, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Faleh Al Adsani kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Hamzah Taqi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Junior Arrive in the 73rd minute. Khalefa Bo Qamaz hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Charly Margot took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hamzah Taqi. Kuwait's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hamzah Taqi made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Jackson Beaucourt sent off a good shot on target. Hamzah Taqi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Junior Arrive in the 78th minute. Sofiane Faivre struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Hamzah Taqi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trambas. In the 83rd minute, Eshaq Al Sarraf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ernest Pandele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kuwait getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Rashed Al Shemali hit a great ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Aziz Bretin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trambas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aziz Bretin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Bretin came free, but Hamzah Taqi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Kuwait fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Trambas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
