Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Hungary booed when Huvudstaden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eralp Sipahi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peder Sarstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengt Apelquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tage Rudqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Bengt Apelquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Takacs Tibor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bengt Apelquist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bengt Apelquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes Huvudstaden's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Huvudstaden booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegedus Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peder Sarstedt to strike the kick off in the second half. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Heggert in the 53rd minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Patrik Heggert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Bengt Apelquist made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Sarstedt in the 64th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Huvudstaden's Peder Sarstedt. But to his dismay, Peder Sarstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 73 minutes into the match, Huvudstaden's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Bengt Apelquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Huvudstaden's Bengt Apelquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Huvudstaden from getting a goal against them. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peder Sarstedt in the 83rd minute of the match. Patrik Heggert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Peder Sarstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Huvudstaden fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hungary had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
