Thiago Leiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Arturo Zapolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Bolli Boll came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in LEBEG Team's zone, Wim Wilmes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Leiva came out of the goal and Wim Wilmes tried to chip the ball over his head. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolli Boll in the 39th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, LEBEG Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Etxekopar to maneuver through the defense. Lars Meesters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bolli Boll recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of LEBEG Team booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathijn Doctor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute of the match LEBEG Team got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bolli Boll ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Thiago Leiva could save by the left post. After 63 played minutes LEBEG Team got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Di Meo. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Zapolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serginho Ramos in the 89th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Etxekopar, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Tadas Eigirdas hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
