Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Wim Wilmes sped through Guanacos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcial Orlandus. In the 10th match minute, Guanacos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Ekaitz to maneuver through the defense. Marcial Orlandus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute Marcelo Mendebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Danilo Sanchez in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. After 15 played minutes Guanacos got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Clemencin. In the 17th minute, Arnoldo Tonete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wim Wilmes in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Orlandus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnout Reekers was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcelo Mendebal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 20 minute of play. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Arnoldo Tonete tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Guanacos getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ricardo Ekaitz hit a great ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Marcial Orlandus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Clemencin in the 32nd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Orlandus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gijsbert ter Kruimer scored 1-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Orlandus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Paulo Pierres tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelino Clemencin made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 53rd minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Marcial Orlandus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Guanacos's Angelino Clemencin got a free kick in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcial Orlandus, 1-4. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Clemencin in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Sanchez in the 63rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes in the game, Danilo Sanchez dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Marcial Orlandus threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Egbert Nijveldt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 70th minute, Marcelo Mendebal made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Guanacos's Remigio Ler was substituted for Denis Pello. Marcial Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 76th minute of the match. Marcial Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Eikelkamp in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Orlandus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Pierres came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Guanacos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wim Wilmes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 95th minute Angelino Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guanacos.
