An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 43rd minute of play forced Bajen's goalkeeper Nick Pope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolf Henriksson in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. 46 minutes into the match, Nicklas Trøjgaard notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
