When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Miltos Makris took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Fodor Daniel to make any attempt to save it. In the 6th minute, Mean Machine's Miltos Makris ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Menios Chloros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Menios Chloros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Menios Chloros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Menios Chloros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 24th minute of play. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Carles Pujol tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Menios Chloros. Mean Machine's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Menios Chloros. Menios Chloros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Nedim Emeklis short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Fodor Daniel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 42 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Menios Chloros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 46th minute. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mean Machine's Menios Chloros did a great save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nedim Emekli to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goalkeeper Menios Chloros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balazs Lajos. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mean Machine's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. With his leg Menios Chloros managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Hungary's Balazs Lajos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedim Emekli, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The supporters of Hungary booed when Mean Machine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikos Stasinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mean Machine made a substitution. Agnaldo Braga replaced Archibaldo Peñaranda. Mean Machine's Nikos Kioupouroglou was substituted for Miltos Makris. In the 65th match minute, Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikos Stasinos to maneuver through the defense. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Menios Chloros made a huge save. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Mean Machine's goalie and right to Takacs Tibor. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Mean Machine's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Nedim Emekli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Nedim Emekli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fodor Daniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Mean Machine's Nikos Stasinos got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 84th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Menios Chloros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carles Pujol in the 89th minute of the match. Menios Chloros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 90th minute. Nedim Emekli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nedim Emekli in the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mean Machine.
