Ando Koppelmaa did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Arnout Reekers 8 minutes into the match. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Aurken in the 11th minute of the match. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the game, one of Antarctica IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Arnout Reekers was a little too slow when Maximino Lander got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. Flavio Balasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 31st minute of the match. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Balasi having to interfere. Arnout Reekers was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Ando Koppelmaa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ando Koppelmaa really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Erubiel Claus tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute, Antarctica IF's Pastor Aurken ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Derwin in the 47th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Alfredo Derwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Antarctica IF made a substitution. Vidar Ersman replaced Maximino Lander. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ando Koppelmaa was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Balasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Antarctica IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Flavio Balasi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Egbert Nijveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ando Koppelmaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Erubiel Claus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erubiel Claus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 72nd minute, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. 75 minutes into the match, Antarctica IF's goalkeeper Flavio Balasi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 77th minute. After taking down the ball on Netherlands's corner Wim Wilmes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Balasi quite easily take care of the ball. Flavio Balasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 79th minute of the match. With a little luck, Antarctica IF's Flavio Balasi got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Antarctica IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Claus to maneuver through the defense. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Flavio Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
