When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Stig-Inge Nymoen put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. In the 25th minute of the game Christos Klonaridis made a throw-in which Tan Torpe played forward. In the 29th minute, Glyka Nera FC's Stig-Inge Nymoen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Eusko saved Glyka Nera FC from getting behind. Güven Çırakoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Stig-Inge Nymoen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig-Inge Nymoen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Stig-Inge Nymoen kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güven Çırakoğlu in the 52nd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostas Teneketzis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kostas Teneketzis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, Güven Çırakoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Stig-Inge Nymoen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Inge Nymoen, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Inge Nymoen in the 88th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Glyka Nera FC's Stig-Inge Nymoen in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
