When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Wieczorek in the 65th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mendiko Angles made a great header on Várdomb's corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save.
