Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anton Platon started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Platon in the 5th minute of play forced Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Auer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anton Platon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. The supporters of JUNIOR 2012 booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Wallner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calistrat Hurmuzescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Schneider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, JUNIOR 2012's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Schneider came free, but Calistrat Hurmuzescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Radu Olăroiu during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emil Seidler made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by JUNIOR 2012's Nichifor Nițulescu. After a defensive mix-up in JUNIOR 2012's zone, Sandro Galishoff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calistrat Hurmuzescu came out of the goal and Sandro Galishoff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 played minutes Austria got a freekick which was hit by Marc Kronecker. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Platon got free with Fabio Auer in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36thth minute of the game Fabio Schneider who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JUNIOR 2012's Calistrat Hurmuzescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anton Platon came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fabio Auer could save by the left post. After 42 played minutes JUNIOR 2012 got a freekick which was hit by Albert Grigorie. Fabio Schneider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calistrat Hurmuzescu having to interfere.

In the 53rd minute, Marvin Harrer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calistrat Hurmuzescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Calistrat Hurmuzescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonhard Maier in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Grigorie during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for Austria. Sandro Galishoff stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Calistrat Hurmuzescu. 1-2. Calistrat Hurmuzescu made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Sandro Galishoff sent off a good shot on target. After 70 played minutes Austria got a freekick which was hit by Leonhard Maier. In the 77th match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Wallner to maneuver through the defense. Calistrat Hurmuzescu was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Fabio Schneider capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabio Schneider really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Marc Kronecker hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Jonas Nalder hit a great ball. In the 91st match minute, JUNIOR 2012 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Comăneci to maneuver through the defense. Virgil Oprescu charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Virgil Oprescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Austria booed when JUNIOR 2012 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgil Oprescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandro Galishoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Calistrat Hurmuzescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Austria's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
