Yves Dervaux got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of AdanaSpor 2010 booed when Belgium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yves Dervaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 49 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Yves Dervaux. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Göksun Uçanay to make the kick off. Belgium's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
