Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aydın Mehmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 3rd minute of play. Aydın Mehmet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 4th minute of the match. Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aydın Mehmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to FC Montana getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Cazimir Encica hit a great ball. In the 21st match minute, FC Montana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Zawadzki to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute of the match Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aydın Mehmet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Gust Ennemans in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Montana's Bogumil Zawadzki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 32nd minute of play forced FC Montana's goalkeeper Aydın Mehmet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egbert Nijveldt charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egbert Nijveldt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egbert Nijveldt to maneuver through the defense. FC Montana's Bogumil Zawadzki quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gust Ennemans, made in the 36th minute of the game. Gustaaf Groeneveldt scored 0-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aydın Mehmet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 40 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patricio Aurre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. FC Montana's Aydın Mehmet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Aydın Mehmet made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Aydın Mehmet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aydın Mehmet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 59th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Aydın Mehmet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 64 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Aydın Mehmet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aydın Mehmet made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Hasan Ali Karaman made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bülent Ulunay, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. FC Montana were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Naci Kıncal took the corner. In the 86th minute Bülent Ulunay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Montana.
