With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Sir Alexandria's Tzonyo Viyachki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 18th minute, Chris Mergenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Călin Lemnaru's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Călin Lemnaru helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sir Alexandria getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Călin Lemnaru hit a great ball. Bogdan Şimandan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 21st minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match Germany got a corner. Sir Alexandria's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Janik Vogt managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dorin Mercescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 34 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tzonyo Viyachki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-1 in the 41 minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albin Holweck's late challenge caught a Sir Alexandria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albin Holweck helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Tzonyo Viyachki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sir Alexandria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 77th minute, Tzonyo Viyachki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
