Italy's Eliseo Cutri managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gwidon Bronkala in the 3 minute of the game. After some careless play in the Socjopaci defense, Zaccheo Andolina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bartlomiej Jaroch. The Socjopaci fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartlomiej Jaroch should have stopped the shot. Antoni Przybyciel kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Osielski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gwidon Bronkala got a throw-in 13 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Slawomir Pilipiec. After a rather tough play, Socjopaci's Iratxo Parcero got a free kick in the 14th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Socjopaci's zone, Porziano Marchitelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartlomiej Jaroch came out of the goal and Porziano Marchitelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bartlomiej Jaroch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugon Adamczak got free with Flavio Vittori in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartlomiej Jaroch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zaccheo Andolina to strike the kick off in the second half.
