Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. Glasgow Rangers FC's Dave Clemente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play. Xie Xiang Yan kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Dave Clemente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 26th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Placidi in the 28th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Natalucci got free with Fodor Daniel in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute Glasgow Rangers FC were awarded a corner. Antonio Riccitelli went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Armando Natalucci took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Fodor Daniel to make any attempt to save it. Ettore Placidi spun around in front of the goal 43 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Hungary's goal. After a defensive mix-up in Glasgow Rangers FC's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dave Clemente came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ettore Placidi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Placidi in the 54th minute of the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Lauaxeta in the 55th minute of play. Glasgow Rangers FC's Comunardo De Paolis was substituted for Felice Perna. Glasgow Rangers FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antonio Riccitelli in the 62nd minute. The corner led to Glasgow Rangers FC's Nestor Lauaxeta getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Natalucci in the 64th minute of play. Dave Clemente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Boros Benedek hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ettore Placidi in the 70th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Glasgow Rangers FC's Dave Clemente got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dave Clemente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Glasgow Rangers FC's Carlo Attili was substituted for Armando Natalucci. In the 85th minute Ettore Placidi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Glasgow Rangers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Zacchia to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Placidi, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
