Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Teodor Braia got the match started through his kick off. When Croatia's Toni Mauzer in the 2nd minute got a chance for a shot 2nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wolves Academy's goalie prevented a goal. Radu Ciordaș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinko Stankovic in the 4th minute of play. If Eduard Kostelac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wolves Academy's Radu Ciordaș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neven Culina in the 9th minute of play. Radu Ciordaș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Mauzer in the 13th minute of play. Toni Mauzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Martin Bosak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radu Ciordaș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Mauzer in the 24th minute of play. Damir Pongrac took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Radu Ciordaș. Radu Ciordaș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodor Braia got free with Ilija Skugor in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Wolves Academy defense, Eduard Kostelac kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radu Ciordaș. The Wolves Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radu Ciordaș should have stopped the shot. Alexandru Timaru kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Dinko Stankovic struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Radu Ciordaș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croatia. 39 minutes into the match, Aron Condescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ilija Skugor, 1-2. After having played for 43 minutes, Eduard Kostelac managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Croatia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduard Kostelac was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Croatia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toni Mauzer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Eduard Kostelac fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Croatia's protests and gave Eduard Kostelac a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wolves Academy booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Kostelac didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Teo Gudelj. When Petru Hudiță fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wolves Academy's protests and gave Petru Hudiță a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Croatia booed when Wolves Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petru Hudiță didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augustin Udup hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Eliodor Balaci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilija Skugor having to make a save. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Condescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Croatia's Dinko Stankovic nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Radu Ciordaș made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Croatia's Toni Mauzer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radu Ciordaș. That made the score 1-4 after 87 minutes of play. In the 90thth minute of the game Toni Mauzer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wolves Academy's Radu Ciordaș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliodor Balaci, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Wolves Academy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Croatia's performance. The match ended with a win for Croatia.
