Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. Antal Valentin scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Soulis Vamvakousis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Soulis Vamvakousis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 10th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soulis Vamvakousis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Dimitris Fragou managed to get in a good position for a shot. meteora 1929's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimitris Fragou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the game, Major Barna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Soulis Vamvakousis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Soulis Vamvakousis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Soulis Vamvakousis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, meteora 1929's Prodromos Kabourakis got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chatziantoniou Xanthos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Katona Janos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Takacs Tibor scored 0-5 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Soulis Vamvakousis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chatziantoniou Xanthos. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Soulis Vamvakousis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hungary's Katona Janos got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 41 minutes, Chatziantoniou Xanthos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. meteora 1929's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chatziantoniou Xanthos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chatziantoniou Xanthos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. In the 45th minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Soulis Vamvakousis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6.

Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Soulis Vamvakousis made a huge save. Soulis Vamvakousis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takacs Tibor in the 55th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Takacs Tibor made a precise shot to the right of Soulis Vamvakousis. meteora 1929's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Antal Valentin hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Soulis Vamvakousis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chatziantoniou Xanthos in the 61st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Soulis Vamvakousis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Soulis Vamvakousis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Soulis Vamvakousis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 70th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Soulis Vamvakousis in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Soulis Vamvakousis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Takacs Tibor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by meteora 1929's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Hungary's Takacs Tibor to fire away a dangerous shot which Soulis Vamvakousis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Soulis Vamvakousis was a little too slow when Antal Valentin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 1-9. Hungary played a much better game than meteora 1929 and deserved their victory. The meteora 1929 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
