Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wen Yu started the match with the kick off. Plaza Babys CF's Abelardo Macías played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 2nd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Plaza Babys CF's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Abelardo Macías reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Plaza Babys CF's Abelardo Macías did a great save. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute of the match, Yasin Saleh tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnout Reekers saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Wen Yus short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Arnout Reekers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Yasin Saleh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Abelardo Macías came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Lars Meesters. But to his dismay, Lars Meesters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Abelardo Macías took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abelardo Macías showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Wim Wilmes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo Macías. Plaza Babys CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wim Wilmes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After the first half Netherlands were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Abelardo Macías was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 52 minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Plaza Babys CF's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Abelardo Macías reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Plaza Babys CF booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaaf Groeneveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abelardo Macías. That made the score 0-4 in the 63 minute of play. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Plaza Babys CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yvon Fabelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Plaza Babys CF made a substitution. Elisardo Campomanes replaced Zahar Garzon. After 76 played minutes Plaza Babys CF got a freekick which was hit by Yvon Fabelo. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Abelardo Macías however easily saved by the left post. Abelardo Macías took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Macías. Abelardo Macías dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wen Yu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands's David Eikelkamp quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Yasin Saleh, made in the 90th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Plaza Babys CF's Matia De Silva got a free kick in the 94th minute.
