Zeng Jing Yue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Danail Mitzakov. Maritza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danail Mitzakov having to interfere. Danail Mitzakov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danail Mitzakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Maritza getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Miladin Bikarski hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Maritza's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Danail Mitzakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danail Mitzakov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 34th minute of the match. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Pavlin Dzhegalski came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Zeng Jing Yue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Zeng Jing Yue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Danail Mitzakov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Danail Mitzakov made a huge save. The supporters of Maritza booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antal Valentin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antal Valentin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Danail Mitzakov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 89 played minutes Maritza got a freekick which was hit by Zeng Jing Yue. In the 94th minute, Bakos Endre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Maritza.
