Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, Switzerland's Samuele Kunz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ulrik Eklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Backa IF's Robin Hellsing got a free kick in the 11th minute. Backa IF's Fabian Brandin got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Lindkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isac Lindkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuele Kunz took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulrik Eklund. Ulrik Eklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Samuele Kunz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Switzerland's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuele Kunz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulrik Eklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Switzerland were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 54 played minutes Backa IF got a freekick which was hit by Isac Lindkvist. Fabian Brandin charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabian Brandin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fabian Brandin hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute of the match, Samuele Kunz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ulrik Eklund saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 74th minute, Switzerland's Samuele Kunz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ulrik Eklund. Ulrik Eklund yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Lindkvist in the 81st minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulrik Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuele Kunz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Backa IF got a freekick which was hit by Michel Morat. In the 92nd minute, Samuele Kunz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Switzerland's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
