Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Lindkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Chris Nygaard made a precise shot to the right of Ulrik Eklund. Backa IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ulrik Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikkel Wulff in the 33rd minute of the match. Backa IF's Ulrik Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 34th minute of play. Sam Samuel made a great header on Backa IF's corner, it was just that Denmark's Keld Paulsen managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Backa IF getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Sam Samuel hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. Backa IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Chris Nygaard 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Sam Samuel made in the 61st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jonny Dahlberg immediately put the ball in play. Ulrik Eklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chris Nygaard in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Backa IF's Ulrik Eklund. Ulrik Eklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Backa IF getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. After having played for 96 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
