Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sigge Fürst got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdemar Olsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 6th minute, David Eikelkamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Sigge Fürst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdemar Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Libra's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Valdemar Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Eikelkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Valdemar Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Libra's Valdemar Olsson. Valdemar Olsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Badaz Bonk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnout Reekers having to make a save. After 40 minutes of play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdemar Olsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Bas Tuitert got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Bas Tuitert hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Libra's Badaz Bonk got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Eikelkamp got free with Valdemar Olsson in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valdemar Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 60th minute of play. Libra's Valdemar Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 61st minute of play. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armin Nestares's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Nestares in the 68th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Libra's Valdemar Olsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Libra from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Libra's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Valdemar Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Olsson having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Valdemar Olsson to make any attempt to save it.
