Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tage Falk started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tage Falk got free with Flavio Vittori in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 6 minutes into the match, Övertorneå RK's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Austen Willis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Olsman made in the 7th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Harry Almqvist immediately put the ball in play. In the 8th minute of the match, Harry Almqvist tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Flavio Vittori saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 10 minutes into the game, Övertorneå RK's Tage Falk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 14th minute, Albin Asplund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Övertorneå RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcus Olsman, made in the 17th minute of the game. After 18 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Zena Busacca. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Övertorneå RK's goalkeeper Austen Willis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gianpaolo Mascari got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Siricio Liotta. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcus Olsman, made in the 28th minute of the game. Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Albin Asplund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Vittori was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The supporters of Övertorneå RK booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deodato Magliozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 39th minute of play. Austen Willis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zena Busacca to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Zaccheo Andolina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Austen Willis was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. 46 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albin Asplund. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zaccheo Andolina to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Övertorneå RK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Siricio Liotta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Övertorneå RK's zone, Zaccheo Andolina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Austen Willis came out of the goal and Zaccheo Andolina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Sigfrido Auletta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sigfrido Auletta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcus Olsman, made in the 63rd minute of the game. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Övertorneå RK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Marcus Olsman hit a great ball. Austen Willis made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Zaccheo Andolina sent off a good shot on target. Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 76th minute of play. Siricio Liotta ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Italy's corner Porziano Marchitelli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Austen Willis quite easily take care of the ball. After 85 minutes Övertorneå RK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Siricio Liotta who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Guiscardo Davide heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The supporters of Italy booed when Övertorneå RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseph Fleckenstein didn't get a good kick on the ball. Siricio Liotta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Austen Willis made a huge save.
