Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Antal Valentin made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Panat's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitris Charalambopoulos came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Dimitris Charalambopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Dimitris Charalambopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Hungary's Vörös Henrik was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Dacian Iorgu sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dacian Iorgu in the 17th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Vörös Henrik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Panat getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Folke Hasselqvist hit a great ball. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Takacs Tibor hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dacian Iorgu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dacian Iorgu in the 41st minute. FC Panat's Dimitris Charalambopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 43rd minute of play. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dacian Iorgu to make the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakos Endre to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute Dacian Iorgu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Iorgu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacian Iorgu in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, FC Panat's Dimitris Charalambopoulos got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cezar Bourceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Panat's Iulian Romanescu was substituted for Gică Comșa. In the 68th minute, Hungary's Antal Valentin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dimitris Charalambopoulos. Dimitris Charalambopoulos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. 72 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Panait Moșneanu came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, FC Panat's goalkeeper Dimitris Charalambopoulos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. After 76 minutes FC Panat's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 77 minutes, İlhami Uçman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Panat's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlhami Uçman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Panait Moșneanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Charalambopoulos having to interfere. Lode Vermeiren charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lode Vermeiren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dimitris Charalambopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 92nd minute. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The FC Panat fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
