Resul Yalın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when İlker Acemoğlu got free with Tommy Kahn in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Germany:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gold Raiders FC:s goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gold Raiders FC's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Resul Yalın came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tan Çidam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Resul Yalın made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After 36 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Resul Yalın was left in no man's land by his defense there! Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes in the game Malte Schiele did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Frank Sachs. Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atabey Ataergin to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Germany's Albin Holweck slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Resul Yalın. That made the score 1-4 after 52 minutes of play. In the 56th minute, Albin Holweck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Resul Yalın was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Frank Sachs who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Resul Yalın when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Resul Yalın came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Frank Sachs. But to his dismay, Frank Sachs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Gold Raiders FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Resul Yalın made a huge save. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 82nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Frank Sachs. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Resul Yalın to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 83 minutes in the game, Frank Sachs dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Mergenthaler got free with Resul Yalın in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Resul Yalın made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 87th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Resul Yalın made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. Resul Yalın made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Germany's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
