The throw-in from Guillaume Bonte in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Goodfellas's Felix Bodea. In the 5th minute, Jüri Ääremaa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 9th minute of play forced FC Goodfellas's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Komanski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Guillaume Bonte hit a great ball. Jaroslaw Komanski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 16th minute of the match. Jaroslaw Komanski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Goodfellas's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Komanski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaroslaw Komanski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Gustavo de Amaral got free with Casper Claes in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Floris Claeys to maneuver through the defense. When Edward Vanderstraeten came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Belgium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Vanderstraeten couldn't finish the play. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. The supporters of FC Goodfellas booed when Belgium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Floris Claeys didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute Yves Dervaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Komanski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Luís Gustavo de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Vanderstraeten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vanderstraeten got free with Jaroslaw Komanski in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Goodfellas's Hubert Pentjärv was substituted for Luís Gustavo de Amaral. 75 minutes into the match, FC Goodfellas's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Komanski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Hubert Pentjärv took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casper Claes. Casper Claes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 82 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Goodfellas's Jaroslaw Komanski. Jaroslaw Komanski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 84 minutes into the game, Dilmen Parshan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Goodfellas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgium the free kick. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hubert Pentjärv took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casper Claes. Casper Claes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Belgium's Floris Claeys quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dilmen Parshan, made in the 92nd minute of the game. 93 minutes into the match, FC Goodfellas's Hubert Pentjärv sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Hubert Pentjärv had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hubert Pentjärv was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Belgium's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Goodfellas had won, even though Belgium had held more of the ball.
