Bayburtspor's Nazil Harmanda managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Szekeres Tamas in the 3 minute of the game. Bayburtspor's Mehmet Ali Eriş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hıncal Hatırlı, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Vörös Henrik got a free kick in the 18th minute. Mehmet Ali Eriş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 22nd minute of the match. Fodor Daniel was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Hıncal Hatırlı capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hıncal Hatırlı really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Mehmet Ali Eriş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Hıncal Hatırlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Ali Eriş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 49 minutes into the match, Bayburtspor's Hıncal Hatırlı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Szekeres Tamas kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hıncal Hatırlı in the 55th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Bayburtspor's goalkeeper Mehmet Ali Eriş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Szekeres Tamas's late challenge caught a Bayburtspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szekeres Tamas helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Szekeres Tamas got a free kick in the 70th minute. If Hıncal Hatırlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Ali Eriş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Major Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hıncal Hatırlı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Bayburtspor's goalkeeper Mehmet Ali Eriş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
