Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viriato Moura took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Lars Oftedal tried to sneak it across the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Suleskard's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Adrian Grøndahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Grøndahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrian Grøndahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 20th minute of play. Adrian Grøndahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viriato Moura's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rocky Ryland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Torjus Fjellheim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Suleskard's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Felipinho Amorim scored to the left of an out of position Adrian Grøndahl, making the score, 2-1. When Bartolomeu Dias came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Portugal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolomeu Dias couldn't finish the play. Felipinho Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Felipinho Amorim's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Adrian Grøndahl firmly grabbed it by the left post.
