Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frank Sachs made the kick off which started today's match. The crowd rose to their feet as Symba's Khaled Chérif slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Imed Akid, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orlando Queirós charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlando Queirós the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Symba getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Orlando Queirós hit a great ball. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomás San Juan was slow to take the kick. During this time Symba's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Tomás San Juan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Germany's Tommy Kahn did a great save. After having played for 28 minutes, Tomás San Juan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Symba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás San Juan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás San Juan in the 31st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anis Achour showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 32nd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. Tomás San Juan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. If Gus Wootton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sílvio Veiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Sílvio Veiga fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Symba's protests and gave Sílvio Veiga a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Symba got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Veiga. Gus Wootton might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gus Wootton ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th minute, Albin Holweck reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anis Achour. The goal made the score 1-1. When Symba's Gus Wootton in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd match minute, Symba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Queirós to maneuver through the defense. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Symba's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Anis Achour reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Symba's Tomás San Juan in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 81st minute, Gus Wootton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Anis Achour made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Frank Sachs kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anis Achour. That made the score 1-2 in the 85 minute of play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Linus Schwerner hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Veiga came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chants of Germany echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Symba had held the ball for most of the match.
